Hello! Please see below the current list of shop policies, which includes clarification on international orders, missing packages, etc.
- For international orders, the buyer is responsible for charges made by their country's customs department. Many countries charge importation fees for packages over a certain value as declared on the customs form. The shop will NOT falsify customs forms so that the buyer does not have to pay their country's importation fees, as this is a felony. Please be aware of your country's fees before placing an order! ♥
- If you suspect that a package has gone missing in transit (usually about 2 weeks from the date of the shipping confirmation for domestic orders), please call your local post office to inquire with your package's tracking number. I have found that, sometimes, the post office will mark a package as "delivered" prematurely, so please be aware of this if the tracking number says it has been delivered (I usually allow 24 hours for the package to show up, if this has happened). For all stamped envelopes containing stickers or patches, please allow up to two weeks for your letter to arrive (for domestic orders). If your package is missing and the post office is unable to help, please feel free to contact me so that I can help!
- If a package is unable to be delivered due to the buyer inputing an incorrect address, the shop requests that the buyer pays for the second round of shipping.
- If a product arrives damaged, please contact me and provide a picture of the damaged item! I will replace it as soon as possible.
- All orders will be fulfilled within one week of purchase (unless otherwise stated in the product description, such as for pre-sale or pre-order items)! Please allow a little extra time during the holiday season, where order volumes are much higher!
- Apparel may be returned if it doesn't fit within 14 days of item delivery, as long as the item has not been worn (tag still attached is preferred). All other items may be returned within 14 days of item delivery as long as the product is still in the condition you received it! Please contact me if you need to exchange or return an item.
